【摘要】 采用气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)建立巧酸霉饲料添加剂中微量丙三醇的内标定量分析方法。选用DB-WAX(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱,二乙二醇为内标物对丙三醇进行测定。结果表明:在20~1 000mg·L-1浓度范围内,丙三醇的线性方程为Y=9.138 9 X-0.070 7,R=0.999 9;0.67%和6.7%2个质量分数添加水平的平均回收率分别为88.6%和105.8%;样品8次重复测定的平均值为0.56%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.52%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The internal standard quantitative analysis method of glycerin in a Qiaosuanmei feed additive was established by GC-FID.Glycerin was separated with DB-WAX(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)capillary column and determined with diethylene glycol as internal standard substance.The result showed that among the 20—1 000mg·L-1 concentration range,the liner equation was Y= 9.138 9 X- 0.070 7,R=0.999 9.The average recovery of two mass concentration fortification levels of 0.67%and 6.7% were88.6% and 105.8%,respectively.By measuring 8parallel sample,the mean value was obtained as 0.56%,and the RSD was 2.52%.更多还原
