单电机调节无级变速器试验研究
Experimental Study of Single Motor Continuously Variable Transmission
【摘要】 为了降低无级变速器的能量损耗,在对电液式无级变速器分析的基础上,提出一种单电机调节速比的无级变速器。介绍了单电机调节无级变速器(Single Motor Continuously Variable Transmission,SM-CVT)的结构原理并分析了其速比变化和传动效率的影响因素。搭建单电机调节无级变速器试验平台,在不同的转速和转矩下进行试验研究。通过试验得到SM-CVT速比的变化特性,及其传动效率随负载转矩的变化规律,为该型无级变速器的速比控制及传动效率提高提供了依据。
【Abstract】 A kind of SM-CVT(Single Motor Continuously Variable Transmission) was put forward which regulated the speed ratio by a single motor considering the characteristics of electro-hydraulic CVT and energy loss.The structure principles of SM-CVT were introduced and the influencing factors of speed ratio change and of transmission efficiency were analyzed.A test bench for the SM-CVT was assembled which can provide the tests with different speeds and torques.The changing characteristics of speed ratio and transmission efficiency varying with the load torque are obtained by experiments which forms the basis for the speed ratio control and for improving the transmission efficiency of SM-CVT.
