发动机转速调节对DCT滑摩过程的影响研究

【摘要】 为改善双离合器式自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)的换挡品质,提出发动机和离合器联合控制策略。建立动力传动系统模型,利用Simulink对滑摩品质的影响因素进行仿真分析与试验研究。结果表明,离合器钢片温度仿真值与试验结果变化趋势一致,钢片温度和应力随转速差减小而减小;通过发动机转速调节,换挡冲击和滑摩功减少,控制策略优化了换挡滑摩品质。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the shift quality of the dual clutch transmission(DCT),an engine clutch joint control strategy was proposed.A dynamic model of a powertrain system was built and simulated,and the experimental analysis of factors influencing the slipping quality was carried out.The simulation results show a good agreement with the measured data.Both temperature and stress decline with the decrease of speed difference.Shifting shock and the work done by friction are reduced significantly through the engine speed control.Furthermore,the proposed control strategy can optimize the slipping quality.
