汽车风洞地面效应模拟系统影响的研究

【摘要】 为降低汽车风洞地面效应对试验结果的影响,采用数值模拟的方法对吉林大学汽车风洞进行了研究,分析了移动带、垂直抽吸装置和二者的共同作用对试验的影响,并通过试验揭示地面效应模拟系统对汽车模型阻力系数的影响。结果表明,移动带和垂直抽吸装置均能有效地减小地面边界层的厚度,改善地面附近的流场,而使阻力系数增加,其中,抽吸系统的影响更为显著;同时使用这两种装置能获得对地面效应的最佳控制。

【Abstract】 To reduce the influence of ground effect in automotive wind tunnel on test results,a numerical simulation is used to conduct a study on Jilin University’s automotive wind tunnel,and the effects of moving belt,vertical suction device and the combination of both devices on test results are analyzed. A wind tunnel test is also performed to reveal the effects of ground effect simulation system on the drag coefficient of vehicle model. The results show that both moving belt and suction device can effectively reduce the thickness of boundary layer,improve the flow field near road surface and increase the drag coefficient measured,in which the effect of suction device is more significant. The use of both devices can achieve the best control of ground effect.
