某SUV外部后视镜尾流区域气动特性的研究
A Research on the Aerodynamic Characteristics in the Wake Flow Area of Exterior Rear-view Mirrors in a SUV
【摘要】 车外后视镜是汽车上的突出钝头体,对整车气动阻力和气动噪声有较大影响。采用风洞试验与SST k-ω湍流模型仿真相结合的方法,探讨了后视镜尾流区域气动特性。风洞试验结果表明,行驶中车外后视镜尾流区域存在逆压区域并产生回流。仿真结果表明,后视镜尾流区域存在低压区和近似半椭球的低速层,低速层中存在沿两条涡流中心轨迹线流动的反向旋转涡流,并伴有明显的湍流。低压区使后视镜产生局部压差阻力,低速层中的湍流造成前侧窗上的脉动压力,它们对整车气动阻力和气动噪声的影响较大。
【Abstract】 Exterior rear-view mirror is a protruding blunt object of vehicle,which has a greater effect on the aerodynamic drag and noise of vehicle. A method combining wind tunnel test and SST k-ω turbulence model simulation is used to explore the aerodynamic characteristics of the wake flow of rear-view mirror. The results of wind tunnel tests show that there are an adverse pressure region and a back flow in the wake flow area of rear-view mirror.And the results of simulation indicate that in the wake flow area of rear-view mirror,there are a low-pressure region and a half-ellipsoid-like low-velocity layer,in which there exist two counter-rotating vortices flowing along two vortex center trajectories and accompanied by apparent turbulences. Low-pressure region makes rear-view mirror produce local pressure drag,and the turbulences in low-velocity layer cause the fluctuating pressure on front side windows,they all have greater effects on the aerodynamic drag and noise of vehicle.
