【摘要】 文章选取京津冀地区全日制本科院校图书馆作为研究对象,对各个高校图书馆主页中所揭示的开放获取资源内容进行调查、统计及分析,获得高校图书馆在资源开放获取的介绍、资源提供的准确性、所揭示资源学科内容等情况,找到目前在资源开放获取建设方面存在的问题,提出联合进行资源开放获取建设与管理的建议,以促进高校图书馆的合作发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper selects fulltime undergraduate universities’ library in the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region as object,makes the investigation,statistical and analysis of the revelations of open access resources of all the libraries.Through investigating the instructions,accuracy,methods of open access resources and the usage of the resources links,the authors find out the problems of open access resources’ construction of all the universities and put forward some suggestions of open access resources of the universities in order to promote cooperative development of university libraries.更多还原
