【摘要】 [目的/意义]解决我国多数SCI英文科技期刊的国际影响力较低的问题。[方法/过程]以Journal of Arid Land(简称JAL)为代表,基于Web of Science数据库,统计JAL创刊以来载文的被引情况,分析期刊发展的制约因素。[结果/结论 ]提出采取紧跟研究热点设置栏目,加强综述性论文约稿,重视选题策划,注重品牌建设,加快论文优先在线发表,引入新媒体、新技术扩大传播,加强对外宣传和交流等措施,提高英文期刊国际影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to resolve the issue of most SCI-indexed English journals in China having low international impact.[Method/process]The paper takes Journal of Arid Land(JAL) as the representative journal,bases on Web of Science database,does statistics of the cited frequency of articles published in JAL since first issue,and analyzes restraining factors on its development. [Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward some measures to pro mote English journal’s international impact in China,including to set up column following research hotspots,to strengthen arrangement contribution of review paper,to pay attention to selecting topics,to focus on brand building,to accelerate paper first published online,to bring in new media and new technology to expand dissemination,and to strengthen external propaganda and communication.更多还原
