【摘要】 由于存在知识异质性,研发团队成员必须通过成员间的知识共享来提高团队成员间的合作,从而保证团队的目标得以实现。在对知识异质性与知识共享的国内外文献加以梳理和评述的基础上,建立了反映研发团队知识异质性的教育背景异质性、知识技能异质性、职业经验异质性和工作经验异质性对知识共享影响的理论模型。基于问卷调查获得的数据,运用回归分析、相关分析等方法进行了实证研究。结果表明:知识技能异质性、职业经验异质性与工作经验异质性对知识共享均有正向作用,团队成员的教育背景异质性对知识共享具有反向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of knowledge heterogeneity, knowledge must be shared to improve cooperation between the team members to achieve team’s overall goals. Based on combing and reviewing the research at home and abroad of knowledge heterogeneity and knowledge sharing, the paper establishes the theoretical model of knowledge heterogeneity’ influences on knowledge sharing, and proposes the corresponding research hypothesis. Utilizing data obtained from the survey questionnaire and using the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis, it carries out the empirical research. The results show that the heterogeneity of team members’ knowledge skills, professional experience and work experience has a positive effect on knowledge sharing respectively, and the education background heterogeneity has a negative influence on knowledge sharing.更多还原
