六种生物农药对扶桑棉粉蚧的防效比较
Comparison on the Control Efficacy of Six Biological Pesticides Against Phenacoccus Solenopsis Tinsley
【摘要】 比较6种生物农药对扶桑棉粉蚧的防治效果。结果表明,施药5d后和10d后,阿维矿物油(Abamectin and Mineral oil)、阿维菌素乳油(Abamectin EC)、苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)3种生物农药的防效分别为93.5%、90.1%、85.6%和97.8%、84.8%、91.4%,其中阿维矿物油和阿维菌素乳油表现出良好的速效性,而阿维矿物油和苏云金杆菌具有良好的持效性。苦参碱(Matrine)、棉铃虫核型多角体病毒(Heliothis armigera Nuleopolyhedrovirus,Ha NPV)、印楝素(Azadirachtin)防治的防效、速效性和持效性都相对较差。在防治应用中,建议推荐阿维矿物油、阿维菌素乳油、苏云金杆菌3种生物农药,同时在实际防治过程中,应注意针对不同的虫态适当调整用药浓度和施药次数,以达到理想的防治效果。
【Abstract】 This study compares control effects of 6 kinds of biological pesticides against phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley. The results show that after the spray of 5d and 10 d,for Abamectin and Mineral Oil,Abamectin EC,Bacillus Thuringiensis,the control efficacy of the above 3 kinds of biological pesticides was up to 93. 5%,90. 1%,85. 6% and 97. 8%,84. 8%,91. 4% respectively,in which Abamectin and Mineral Oil Abamectin EC demonstrate fast- acting property; Abamectin and Mineral Oil,Bacillus Thuringiensisdemonstrate persistent effect. The control effect,fast- acting property and persistency of Matrine,Ha NPV,Azadirachtin arerelatively poor. In the actual control,in order to achieve the desired control effect,spray frequency and concentration of chemicals should be adjusted according to the different growing periods of the insects.
