【摘要】 面对经济全球化新形势下对创新工程人才培养的迫切需求,福建师范大学软件学院坚持开放办学的理念,注重学生实践能力和解决问题能力的培养,针对人才培养存在的问题,提出新的基于CDIO的软件人才培养模式,取得良好的实践效果。文章讨论了工程人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了新的解决方法和措施,展示了培养人才的应用情况,最后对学院多年来人才培养的成果和经验进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the urgent demand for the cultivation of innovative engineering talents under the new situation of economic globalization,school of software of Fujian Normal University adheres to the idea of open education,focuses on the cultivation of students’ practical ability and problem-solving ability,aiming at the talent training. It puts forward a new software talent training mode based on CDIO and achieves good practical results. This paper discusses the problems existing in the training of engineering talents,puts forward new solutions and measures,presents the application of training talents and finally summaries the achievements and experiences of talents training over the years.更多还原
