【Abstract】 The seek for abstract reason and metaphysical thoughts has always dominated western aesthetic tradition, while bodily feelings and daily life experiences have always been ignored. However, contemporary aesthetics, after Marxism, tends to emphsize the bodily and daily experience of common people. Chinese contemporary aesthetics is greatly affected by western rationalism tradition, which is not helpful for the construction of Marxism aesthetics based on historical materialism.
