【摘要】 目的探讨医护一体化随访管理模式对行人工膝关节置换术患者的影响。方法选取河北工程大学附属医院2013年9月—2015年5月收治的行人工膝关节置换术的患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各40例。试验组给予医护一体化随访管理模式,对照组给予传统随访管理模式。随访6个月,比较两组患者日常生活能力评分、满意度、主观问卷评分、膝关节功能(HSS)评分及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者满意度评分高于对照组,主观问卷评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后两组患者HSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者HSS评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重并发症。结论对行人工膝关节置换术的患者采用医护一体化随访管理模式可改善患者关节功能,提高患者生活质量及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of medical care integrated management model on patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were selected from September 2013 to May 2015 in Affliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering,which were divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group. The experimental group was given medical care integrated management model,the control group was given traditional follow-up management. After 6 months of follow-up,daily life ability score,satisfaction,subjective questionnaire score,HSS score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of daily life ability score,total effective rate was found between the two group( P > 0. 05),while experimental group of satisfaction score was higher than control group,and good rate of subjective questionnaire score was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). Before and after treatment,no statistically significant difference of HSS score was found between the two group( P > 0. 05),after treatment,HSS score of the two groups were higher than that of before treatment( P< 0. 05). No severe complications was happened between the two groups. Conclusion Medical care integrated management model on patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty can improve the joint function,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.更多还原
