【摘要】 目的观察外固定支架在严重胫腓骨开放性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法将56例严重胫腓骨开放性骨折患者随机分为试验组和对照组各28例。试验组则进行外固定支架治疗,对照组患者采取内固定治疗。比较2组患者临床治疗效果及并发症的发生情况。结果试验组患者手术治疗后的总有效率为96.4%明显高于对照组的89.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后并发症发生率为17.9%低于对照组的25.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于胫腓骨开放性骨折的患者,对患者的具体情况进行评估后建议优先选择外固定支架手术进行治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of external fixator in the treatment of severe open fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods 56 patients with severe open fracture of tibia and fibula were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 28 cases of each group.
