【摘要】 目的促进基本药物在临床合理使用,提高基本药物管理水平。方法从西安交通大学医院信息管理系统(HIS)采集2014-2015年门诊患者药品使用数据,对基本药物使用情况进行统计、分析,并计算用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDDc)。结果该院基本药物品种数和销售金额呈逐年增长趋势。2014年与2015年门诊患者使用基本药物的品种数占临床使用药品品种数分别为32.75%、42.13%;基本药物销售金额占临床用药总金额分别为25.32%、27.96%。DDDs排名靠前的化学药品类基本药物有阿卡波糖、缬沙坦、硝苯地平等,但其DDDc较低;中成药类基本药物中内科用药使用金额构成比很高。结论该院基本药物的覆盖率、使用率还需进一步提高,同时应做好基本药物的相关宣传工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the rational use of essential medicines in the clinic and to provide reference for rational use of essential medicines. Methods The consumption sum and amount of esscntial medicines in the outpatient of Xi’an Jiaotong University Hospital during 2014- 2015 were collected from hospital information system( HIS). The utilization of esscntial medicines was analyzed statistically,DDDs and DDC were calculated. Results The number of species and consumption sum had upward trend. The number of species and consumption sum of essential medicines in the outpatient of the hospital in2014 and 2015 accounted for 32. 75% 、42. 13% and 25. 32% 、27. 96%. Acarbose、valsartan and nifedipine took up the front place of DDDs among essential chemical medicines,but DDDC of them were in low level; the utilization amount constituent ratio in internal medicines department was high. Conclusion The coverage rate and utilization rate of the essential medicines still need to further improve in the hospital. At the same time,the related propaganda work of essential medicines should be done well.更多还原
