【摘要】 目的观察全程非手术综合康复治疗对子宫脱垂患者的临床疗效。方法将50例子宫脱垂患者随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。研究组采用全程非手术综合康复治疗,对照组单纯使用针刺疗法。治疗2个月后比较2组临床疗效,并进行随访比较2组治疗后6个月、12个月、24个月的患者的复发率。结果研究组治愈率为96.0%高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后2年内复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程非手术综合康复能够提高子宫脱垂患者的治愈率,降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse by non operation comprehensive rehabilitation. Methods 50 patients with uterine prolapse were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 25 cases in each. The study group was treated with non operation of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,only acupuncture therapy was used in control group. After two months’ treatment,the efficacy was compared between the two groups.After the treatment,the patients were followed up and the recurrence rate at 6 months,12 months and 24 months were compared.
