【摘要】 目的分析某院妇科病区注射剂超说明书用药情况,为管理超说明书用药提供参考数据。方法抽取某院妇科病区2015年住院患者用药医嘱,根据药品说明书判断是否为超说明书用药,进行分类统计与分析。结果共抽取注射剂医嘱1232条,171条为超说明书用药医嘱,占13.88%,超说明书类型主要为超溶媒、超给药途径、超剂量、超适应证、超用法用量。结论该院妇科病区注射剂存在超说明书用药情况,应积极寻找循证医学证据,规范管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of injection off- label use in gynecology of one hospital,to provide references for the management. Methods The gynecological prescriptions were sampled from 2015,and statistics and analysis were conducted and classified according to the contents of labels. Results 1232 prescriptions were selected in total,in which171 were off- label use,accounting for 13. 88% of the total amount; menstruum mistake,administration routes violation,drug over- dose,indication expansion and administration mistake were the main types of off- label use. Conclusion Off- label injection use exists in gynecology,and we should actively search for evidence- based medical evidence and improve management.更多还原
