【摘要】 目的比较不同病因所致吞咽困难患者采用吞咽治疗仪治疗的康复效果。方法选取医院收治的吞咽困难患者87例。其中双侧大脑皮质病变42例,延髓脑干病变36例,其他病因9例。3组均采用吞咽治疗仪治疗。对比3组疗效和治疗前后吞咽功能评分。结果延髓脑干组和双侧皮质组吞咽治疗的总有效率高于其他病因组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者经吞咽治疗后吞咽功能均有所改善,双侧皮质组疗效最优。结论吞咽困难患者早期进行康复训练有积极意义,但不同病因疗效不同,可制定个体化治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of swallowing therapy device in dysphagia caused by different causes. Methods To selected 87 cases patients with dysphagia,42 cases patients with bilateral lesions in the cerebral cortex,36 cases patients with medullary brainstem lesions,9 cases patients with others. 3 groups were treated by swallowing therapy device. After treatment,compared the clinical effect and swallowing function scores before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy of bilateral lesions in the cerebral cortex group and medullary brainstem lesions group were higher than that of other group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The swallowing of 3 groups were improved. The best swallowing improved was bilateral lesions in the cerebral cortex. Conclusion Dysphagia patients with early rehabilitation training has a positive meaning,and different causes result different effect,can established individualized treatment plan.更多还原
