【摘要】 目的了解南京市妇幼保健院门急诊处方用药情况,对存在问题进行分析,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性方法从2015年1~12月的门急诊处方中每月随机抽取100张进行逐一点评,并对不合理处方进行统计分析。结果所抽取处方的各项指标多数符合要求,但仍有部分处方存在一些用药不合理情况。结论通过处方点评分析,可以较为全面的了解临床用药存在的相关问题,药师适当的干预有利于提高临床用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current drug use status of outpatient & emergency department,and analyze and the problems encountered in the drug use to promote clinically rational use of drugs. Methods 100 outpatient & emergency prescriptions randomly collected per month in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital during January 2015- December 2015 period were retrospectively studied and analyzed. Results Most of the prescribing indicators were up to the standard yet irrational drug use phenomena still existed. Conclusions It is important to comment on prescriptions,by which we can comprehensively get information of the prescriptions and detect the problems in clinical drug use. Moreover,proper intervention by pharmacist is necessary so that it may contribute to improvement in clinical rational drug use level.更多还原
