硫酸锆与乙醇、PEG-200、乙二醇的相互作用研究
Study on the Interaction between Zirconium Sulfate with Ethanol,PEG-200 or Ethylene Glycol
【摘要】 通过TLC检测、FTIR、XRD、EA及NMR等多种表征方法研究了硫酸锆与乙醇、PEG-200、乙二醇的相互作用,结果表明,在低pH值(<1)下,硫酸锆与单齿配体无水乙醇、长链端羟基双齿配体PEG-200均不发生反应。由此推测,锆鞣剂与皮革胶原蛋白中的单一-OH不会发生配位作用;硫酸锆与乙二醇发生配位,形成五元环螯合物,且1个Zr4+只与1个乙二醇分子配位成环。
【Abstract】 We have studied the interaction between zirconium sulfate with ethanol, PEG-200 or ethylene glycol by a series of characterization methods. The results show that, at low pH(≤ 1.0): Zirconium sulfate didn’t react with ethanol or PEG-200. Therefore, it was presumed that zirconium tanning agents do not coordinate with the single-OH functional groups contained in the leather collagen. Another hand, zirconium sulfate can coordinate with ethylene glycol, forming the corresponding five-member ring chelate, and one Zr4+ just coordinate with one ethylene glycol molecule.
