再生剂对老化沥青的性能影响

【摘要】 为了考察再生剂对老化沥青的再生效果,从再生剂的软化能力、再生沥青的抗变形能力和抗老化能力三个方面进行试验。选择两种不同类型的再生剂A和B的不同添加量对老化沥青进行再生,测定再生沥青的针入度、软化点、延度和黏度,并对再生剂、老化沥青和再生沥青进行了组分分析。以针入度指标确定了两种再生剂的适宜添加比例,通过黏韧性试验和薄膜烘箱试验对再生沥青的抗变形能力和抗老化能力进行了分析。结果表明,芳香分含量高、黏度小的再生剂A软化能力强;随再生剂添加量的增大,拉力峰值逐渐减小,韧性逐渐增大,再生沥青的抗变形能力减弱,变形能力增强;再生剂A、B的适宜添加量分别为2%、6%。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the effect of regenerant on aged asphalt,experiments were conducted from three aspects:softening ability of regenerant,the deformation resistance and aging resistance of recycled asphalt.Two different types of regenerants,A and B,were selected to regenerate the aged asphalt in different dosages.The testing indicators of regenerated asphalt include penetration degree,softening point,ductility and viscosity.We analyzed the components of regenerant,aged asphalt and regenerated asphalt.The penetration degree of regenerated asphalt was selected to figure out the optimum dosage of regenerant.We also took toughness tests,tenacity tests and film oven tests to evaluate the deformation resistance performance and aging resistance performance of regenerated asphalt.The results showed that regenerant A which has a high percentage of aromatic and a low viscosity showed a better softening capacity.With regenerant increasing,tension peak decreased and tenacity increased,meanwhile the non- deformability of regenerated asphalt decreased and deformability improved.The optimum dosages of the two regenerants(A and B) are 2%and 6%.
