【摘要】 侯氏黑散出自《金匮要略》,历代医家普遍认为此方当为治疗中风之效方,分析方义,全方疏风散寒、清热化痰、平肝熄风、温中健脾和胃、益气养血,侯氏黑散虽为汉代张仲景方,局限于时代用药施治,但师古可不泥古,可在中风前期预防先兆症状,中风急性期减轻损伤、恢复脑功能,中风恢复期固本祛邪。本方仍具有确切疗效,我们应从临床疗效出发,辨证论治,进一步发挥古方作用,服务于临床,共享奇效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ancient physicians generally believed that Houshiheisan was effective for stroke,which originated from Zhang Zhongjing 《Jinkui Yaolue》. The author has analysed the meaning of this prescription and application during the aura of stroke,acute stroke and stroke recovery. Al-though the prescription created by Zhang Zhongjing of the Han Dynasty,it still has the reliable effects. We should focus on the clinical utility,syndrome differentiation and treatment,then develop the ancient prescription valuable further.更多还原
