【摘要】 高职院校由于对科研成果管理的重视程度不够、信息化程度不高和知识共享平台缺乏等原因,使大量的科研成果没有实现集中开发和成果转化,知识浪费现象严重。以杭州市属高职院校为例,提出确立知识管理策略和目标,加快推进科研成果信息化管理平台及数据库建设,建立科研成果知识管理平台和知识库,搭建科研成果知识共享平台,构建基于知识管理的高职院校科研成果管理模式,以提高科研成果管理效率,促进成果知识的利用和转化创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 A large number of research achievements fail to get centralized development and transformation,hence a severe underuse of knowledge, due to a proper awareness of the significance of scientific research achievements management, inadequate informatization and a lack of proper knowledge sharing platforms. A case study of the scientific research achievement management practices in Hangzhou municipal vocational colleges is carried out to illustrate that knowledge management strategies and objectives should be identified, the construction of research achievements informatizaion management platforms and databases should be accelerated,that research achievement knowledge platforms and knowledge bases should be built for the making of a research achievement knowledge sharing platform, that a research achievement management model based on knowledge management among higher vocational colleges should be constructed to improve the achievement management efficiency, and to enhance the application and transformation of knowledge achievements.更多还原
