【摘要】 对美国、欧盟和中国农药登记资料保护制度进行了阐述和对比分析,并探讨了对中国农药登记资料保护的启示。

【Abstract】 These pesticide registration dossier protection systems in U.S.,EU and China are described and comparative analyzed and the inspiration to China’s pesticide registration dossier protection is discussed.
