含油污泥的热化学复配清洗剂研究

【摘要】 油田大量产出的含油污泥不仅造成石油资源的流失,也对土壤、水体和植被造成较大的污染。本文选择适应性强的热化学清洗法,对洗涤单剂进行优选和复配,并对最优复配清洗剂进行清洗效果考察,得出最佳清洗条件:清洗温度为70℃,固液比为1﹕6,p H值为10.5,清洗时间为60 min,搅拌速度为250 r/min,油泥清洗所得底泥中,含油率约5%。

【Abstract】 A large number of oily sludge produced with crude oil not only causes the loss of oil resources,also cause great pollution to soil,water,and vegetation. This paper chooses an adaptable thermal chemical cleaning method as research basis. The preferred single doses for washing are compounded with each other,and the optimal compound cleaning agent is used to for cleaning conditions. It is concluded that the best conditions of cleaning is as follows: cleaning temperature is 70℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1: 6,p H value is 10. 5,the cleaning time is 60 min,and the stirring speed is 250 r / min. The oil content is about 5% ofcleaning the sediment.
