基于CC2530的煤矿气体监测终端设计

【摘要】 设计基于CC2530的煤矿气体监测终端实时监测煤矿危险气体浓度并进行分析判断和安全防范提示。为提高安全可靠性和准确度,该终端采用了红外气体传感器和电化学气体传感器两类气体传感器。设计电路将电化学气体传感器输出的微弱电流转换为电压模,以满足CC2530内置电压模模数转换器的需要,通过测量电化学气体传感器的环境温度,查询保存的电化学酒精传感器的信号比率与环境温度之间的关系数据,计算出准确的气体浓度,解决了电化学气体传感器中气体燃烧转变为电能输出转换率易受环境温度影响的问题。也可加入由网络协调器或者是路由器组建的Zig Bee网络,把终端检测出的结果传输到总控中心供实时监控综合分析。

【Abstract】 The coal mine gas monitoring terminal based on CC2530 real-time monitors gas concentrations of coal mine to make analysis and security warning. In order to improve the safety and the accuracy,the terminal uses an infrared gas sensors and electrochemical gas sensors. Designed the circuit of micro-current produced from the electrochemical sensor is converted to a voltage output to meet the need of the voltage mode ADC built-in the CC2530 micro controller. By measuring the environment temperature of the electrochemical sensor,and then inquiring the relationship data of the sensor’s signal ratio and environment temperature,the gas concentration can be calculated accurately. The problem that the energy conversion rate from gas burn to electrical energy is affected by environment temperature easily is solved. If the terminal join a Zig Bee network by a coordinator or a router building,the results of the terminal detected transmitted to the control center to make real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis.
