【摘要】 文章以农业部橡胶树生物学与遗传资源利用重点实验室为例,介绍了实验室2009~2014年使用运行费,在条件与人才队伍建设、学术交流、对外开放、科学研究等方面取得的成果,分析了运行费管理中存在的问题,并对进一步完善运行费管理在实验室可持续发展中作用的发挥提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the Key Laboratory of Biology and Genetic Resources of Rubber Tree as an example,this paper introduced the use of the operation fund and the achievements on the construction of hardware condition and talent group,academic exchange,international cooperation,and research improvements.And then,it analyzed some problems in the management,and put forward some suggestions on the fund management to improve the sustainable development of the Laboratory.更多还原
