【Abstract】 Science and technology innovation team has become animportant carrier of current agricultural scientific work in China.Performance evaluation is beneficial to arouse the enthusiasm of team members and improve overall efficiency of the organization.This article analyzed the problems of performance appraisal existing in current science and technology innovation team,and put forward six suggestions based on the principles that building performance appraisal system should be followed,aiming to providing reference for team building and management ininstitutes of agricultural science research.更多还原
