三通调节阀热冲击过程数值模拟
Numerical simulation of three-way valves thermal shock process
【摘要】 应用CFD软件FLUENT对运行过程中的热冲击试验系统的三通阀进行了热冲击过程模拟计算,采用Realizable k-ε模型,分析了流场参数分布情况。通过模拟结果分析了承受热冲击的主要部位,针对其易磨损发生泄漏的问题,提出了优化改进方案。
【Abstract】 CFD software was applied to simulate the thermoshock of three-way valve in the running process in the thermal shock test system,and the Realizable k-ε model was used to analyze the distribution of flow field parameters. The main parts of thermal shock were analyzed by simulation results. In view of the problem of the leakage caused by easy wear,the optimization and improvement scheme was put forward.
