【摘要】 目的观察鼠神经生长因子对布氏杆菌性脊柱炎并发周围神经损伤患者的临床疗效。方法选择布氏杆菌性脊柱炎并发周围神经损伤患者45例,按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组25例和对照组20例。2组患者均采用四环素+利福平+左氧氟沙星常规治疗,治疗组加用鼠神经生长因子注射液,2组疗程均为3周。2组患者均在治疗前后分别记录症状、体征等,治疗结束后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组在改善患者腰背疼痛及恢复腱反射、肌力减弱方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率96%,对照组总有效率为80%,2组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗布氏杆菌性脊柱炎并发周围神经损伤能有效改善患者腰背疼痛及有效恢复腱反射、肌力减弱,提高总有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Toinvestigate the therapeutic effect of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of brucellosis spondylitis. Methods 45 patients with brucellosis spondylitis were chosenand randomly divided into treatment group( n = 25) and control group( n = 20). The patients were given oral dose of tetracycline,rifampicin and levofloxacin conventional in two groups. While treatment group added mouse nerve growth factor treated for three weeks. The signs and symptoms were recorded before and after therapy and evaluated the effects in two groups. Results In treatment group,the overall efficiency was 96%,and the overall efficiency was 80% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor in therapy of brucellosis spondylitiscould effectively improve patients with low back pain and restore the tendon reflex,and improve the overall efficiency.更多还原
