原油中金属离子对原油黏度的影响
The influence of metal ion on the viscosity of crude oil
【摘要】 对塔河油田原油组分与金属离子含量进行了定量分析,探讨了原油中金属离子种类与含量,原油温度对原油黏度的影响。研究结果表明,塔河油田四个区块的原油沥青质,胶质,钒,金属离子含量较高,为高稠原油;原油中金属离子主要存在胶质和沥青质中,含量越高,原油黏度越大;不同金属离子对原油的增黏效果不同,原油中金属离子含量相同时,金属离子对原油的增黏效果按Ca2+,Mg2+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Cu2+顺序依次增大;脱除一部分金属离子后,原油黏度明显下降。
【Abstract】 Components and metal ion content of crude oil in Tahe oil field were carried on the quantitative analysis,temperature, the different metal ion and its content on the influence of the viscosity of crude oil were investigated.The research results showed that the crude oil in four blocks of Tahe oil field contained high content of the asphaltenes,resins,and metal ions,was high viscous crude oil.Metal ion mainly concentrated in the asphaltenes and resins,and its content was higher,the viscosity of crude oil was higher.The effect of metal ions on the viscosity of crude oil was different,when the content of metal ions were same, the effect of metal ions increasing the viscosity of crude oil sequenced as Ca2+,Mg2+,Ni2+,Fe3+,Cu2+.After the removal of metal ions,the viscosity of crude oil obviously decreased.
