盐胁迫对梭梭、盐爪爪种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响
The Effects of Salinity on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Haloxylon ammondendron and Kalidium foliatum
【摘要】 盐胁迫是造成植物生理损伤和生长阻碍的重要原因,为探究盐胁迫对梭梭和盐爪爪幼苗生长产生影响的生理变化,采用不同浓度NaCl对梭梭和盐爪爪进行模拟盐胁迫处理,对它们在萌发及幼苗生长阶段的耐盐性进行比较研究。结果表明,低浓度NaCl溶液对盐生植物种子萌发具有一定的促进作用;随着盐胁迫程度增加,对盐生植物种子萌发抑制作用越来越明显,表现为随着NaCl浓度升高种子萌发率降低,初始萌发时间推迟,萌发时间延长。在盐胁迫条件下梭梭和盐爪爪幼苗体内能保持较高脯氨酸含量及保护酶活性和较低的膜脂过氧化作用,2种盐生植物均具有较强的耐盐性,它们对盐胁迫的忍耐特性有所不同。
【Abstract】 Experiment was carried out to compare the effects of different concentrations of NaCl on seed germination and seedling growth of two halophytes: Halonxylon ammodendron and Kalidium foliatum.The results showed that the inhibitory effects of NaCl mainly reflected in lowering seed germination rate,delaying initial germination time,and extending germination duration; low concentration of NaCl solution promoted shoot growth.Both of the halophytes kept great proline content and protective enzyme activities and kept little membrane lipid peroxidation.They had strong salt tolerance,but their salt tolerances were different.
