【摘要】 概述了我国工业污染场地调查的基本情况,分析了目前场地污染调查工作中存在的问题:土壤环境评价标准的缺失,分阶段调查模式耗时长,样品检测分析费用昂贵,忽视场地水文地质调查的重要性等。结合污染场地调查的工作经验,提出了加快制定地方性土壤环境评价标准,采用新型的实时动态调查模式,加强场地的水文地质调查等对策和建议,以期为我国工业污染场地调查制度的发展和完善提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the present conditions of investigation of industrial contaminated sites were summarized in China.And problems of site contamination investigation were analyzed, which were missing soil environmental assessment standards,long-time investigation mode in different stages, high cost of sample testing, overlooking the importance of site hydrogeology survey. Combining with work experience of contaminated site investigation, countermeasures and propos were put forward,such as expediting the drafting of soil environmental assessment standard, using a new type of real time dynamic investigation model, strengthened the hydrogeology site investigation. Furthermore, references for the development and improvement of the industrial pollution site investigation system were provided in China.更多还原
