双孔底吹氩150t LF精炼炉搅拌特性模拟
Mixing Characteristics of Bottom Blowing Argon with Two Holes in 150t Ladle Furnace
【摘要】 针对包钢150tLF炉精炼过程中双孔吹氩搅拌钢液问题,按1:4比例搭建水模型实验平台,选取吹气量、加料位置和吹气孔布置为实验因素,以混匀时间作为评价指标,根据现场条件确定各因素下的水平数进行实验研究;运用计算流体力学原理,以Fortran语言为编程工具,采用全浮力模型对多个工况下钢液的流动进行模拟研究.研究表明:双孔吹气条件下,吹气量、加料位置和吹气孔布置对钢液的混匀过程均有一定影响;双孔夹角越小越有利于钢液的成分和温度均匀;加料位置应在搅拌对称面的流动活跃区加入.
【Abstract】 Aimed at the refining process of Bottom Blowing Argon with two holes about 150 tladle furnace in Baotou steel,the experimental model is set up according to the proportion of 1:4from the prototype.Taking argon blowing amount,loading position and arrangement of blow argon hole as the experimental factors,and mixing time as evaluation index,the comprehensive tests are done.Based on the computational fluid dynamics principle,the flow of molten steel is simulated for different conditions by using the buoyancy models.Under the condition of bottom blowing argon with two holes,it is shown that the blending process are effected by argon blowing amount,loading position and arrangement of blow argon holes.The angle of blowing holes is smaller the better to uniformity of composition and temperature of molten steel.Loading position should be set up at the area of the larger kinetic energy of symmetry plane.
