【摘要】 体育道德实力是运动主体遵守体育运动中应当遵循的道德规范,尊重体育竞赛的相关参与者,并与之和谐交往、协同发展,努力实现公平竞争,而产生的道德凝聚力和影响力。道德实力以无形的形式参与竞争,且作用巨大、实力超强。道德实力提高了体育人才培养的质量和效率,成为了体育竞争力提升的关键;道德实力增强了体育系统的凝聚力,为体育竞争力的提升提供了重要的保障;道德实力使竞技体育得到了社会的广泛支持,为体育竞争力的提升打下了坚实的基础。可以说,道德实力是竞技体育真正的竞争力。为此,我们应将道德纳入体育发展战略管理,积极构建体育道德生态,建立体育道德内化认同机制,完善的体育道德监督体系。这样就能不断提升体育人才的道德修养,进而不断地提升体育竞争力。唯有不断增强道德实力,才是竞技体育立于不败之地的终极之道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Moral strength is the code of ethics what the main sport should follow to comply,respect sports competition relevant players,with harmonious exchanges,joint development efforts to achieve fair competition,generated moral cohesion and influence. Moral strength competed in intangible form,effect huge,super strength. Moral strength improved the quality and efficiency of Sports Talents,has become the key to enhance the competitiveness; moral strength enhanced the cohesion of the sports system,provided an important guarantee for enhancing the competitiveness of the sport; moral strength competitive sports has been widely supported by the community,enhancing the competitiveness of sports laid a solid foundation. Moral strength is the true competitiveness of Sports,we should incorporate ethical management of Sports Development Strategy,actively building eco-sportsmanship,establish sports ethics internalized identification system,perfect sportsmanship supervision system,we can constantly improve sports talents morality,and then continue to enhance the competitiveness of sports.
