大功率柴油机试车台低温水系统的设计与优化
Design and Optimizations of LT Cooling Water System for High Power Diesel Engine Test Bench
【摘要】 针对目前陆用柴油机低温水系统水质较差,温差较大,不能满足核电机两级空冷器验收要求的技术缺陷,开发新型"内部切换式"低温水系统。采用控制系统对低温水的冷却模式进行实时切换,满足现阶段台位"一台多机"的试GSCU车要求,同时对新系统进行自动加药及调温控制,精确控制系统阻垢缓蚀剂的用量,优化水质,节省水量,满足各型柴油机空冷器进水的不同要求。
【Abstract】 To solve the diesel engine cooling water system’s technical defects which are low-quality, variable temperature, and dissatisfaction of the Acceptance Requirements of Military Machine, the new inner switching mode cooling water system would be developed. This paper uses the GSCU control system to switch the cooling mode of low temperature water in real time which can meet the requirements of the test bench. Increasing automatic dosing and temperature control of the new system, optimize the water quality, save the water and meet the different requirements of the water inlet of various types of diesel engine air cooler.
