超载运输车辆对沥青路面的破坏及制动距离的影响

【摘要】 利用现行规范规定的计算方法,在不同超载率情况下,对2种典型的路面和3种不同的初速度进行分析。结果表明,以设计弯沉值和沥青层层底拉应力为指标,当车辆轴载为160 k N时,对路面的破坏却增加了近8倍;当车辆轴载为300 k N时,对路面的破坏增加了近119倍;以半刚性材料层的拉应力为设计指标,车辆轴载为200 k N时,对路面的破坏却增加了256倍;车辆轴载为300 k N时,对路面的破坏增加了6 561倍。当车辆初速度为30 km·h-1时,超载率为50%时,制动距离增加近3 m,超载率为100%时,制动距离增加近6 m;当车辆初速度为50 km·h-1时,超载率为50%时,制动距离增加超过8 m;超载率为100%时,制动距离增加超过16 m;当车辆初速度为90 km·h-1时,超载率为50%时,制动距离增加近27 m;超载率为100%时,制动距离增加超过53 m。

【Abstract】 By using the calculation method of the current codes,2 typical pavements and 3 different initial velocities are analyzed under different loading rates. The results show that,when the design deflection value and tensile stress in surface layer bottom as an index and the vehicle axle load is 160 k N,the destruction of pavement has increased by nearly 8 times; when the vehicle axle load is 300 k N,the destruction of pavement increased by nearly 119 times; to tensile stress of semi-rigid material layer for the design index,when the axle load is 200 k N,the destruction of pavement increases by 256 times; when axle load is 300 k N,the destruction of pavement increased by 6 561 times. When the vehicle initial velocity is 30 km·h-1,with overloading rate of 50%,the braking distance increases by nearly 3 m.When the overloading rate is 100%,the braking distance increases by nearly 6m; When the vehicle initial speed of 50 km·h-1,overloading rate is 50%,the braking distance increases by more than 8m; When the overloading rate is 100%,the brake distance increases by over 16 m; when the vehicleinitial speed reaches 90 km·h-1,with overloading rate of 50%,the braking distance increases nearly27 m; When the overloading rate is 100%,the braking distance increases by more than 53 m.
