【摘要】 目的探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗前后动态监测外周血中p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF的表达的意义。方法将2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的52例儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为观察组,选择同期住院的36例健康体检儿童为对照组。比较两组外周血中p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF的表达水平。结果 (1)观察组急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的外周血中p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF水平均较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。(2)观察组重症急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的外周血中pHcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF水平均较轻症组明显升高(P<0.05)。(3)化疗后观察组急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的外周血中p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF水平均较化疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗前后的外周血中p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF水平进行动态监测,对于明确其化疗疗效具有十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on clinical value of p-Hcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF measurement for children with acute lymphocytic leukemia.Methods 52 children with acute lymphocytic leukemia were selected as observation group,while healthy controls were selected as control group.The levels of pHcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF in two groups were compared.Results(1)The levels of p-Hcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).(2)The levels of p-Hcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF of severe acute lymphocytic leukemia patients were significantly higher than mild acute lymphocytic leukemia patients(P<0.05).(3)The levels of p-Hcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF in observation group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of p-Hcy,LDH,hs-CRP and TSGF before and after chemotherapy can be used as a reference marker in chemotherapeutic effect for acute lymphocytic leukemia of children.更多还原
