【摘要】 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激辅助阿戈美拉汀对成人首发抑郁症患者HAMD评分、生活质量及不良反应的影响。方法研究对象选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治成人首发抑郁症患者共60例,以随机抽签法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例),分别在阿戈美拉汀基础上给予伪重复经颅磁刺激和重复经颅磁刺激辅助治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后HAMD评分,SF-36评分及不良反应发生率等。结果试验组患者治疗后HAMD评分均显著低于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后SF-36评分显著高于治疗前、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重复经颅磁刺激辅助阿戈美拉汀治疗成人首发抑郁症可有效缓解临床症状体征,改善负面心理状态,提高日常生活质量,且未增加相关不良反应发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of rTMS assisted with agomelatine on HAMD score,quality of life and adverse reactions of adult patients with first-episode depression.Methods 60 adult patients with first-episode depression were chosen in the period from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital and randomly divided into both group including control group(30 patients)with sham rTMS and experiment group(30 patients)with rTMS on the basis of agomelatine;and the clinical efficacy for shortterm,the HAMD score and SF-36 scores before and after treatment and the adverse reaction incidence of both groups were compared.Results The HAMD score of experiment group after treatment were significantly lower than control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores after treatment of experiment group were significantly higher than control group and before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction incidence between2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion rTMS assisted with agomelatine in the treatment of adult patients with first-episode depression can efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the negative emotional state,higher the quality of life and not increase the risk of adverse reactions.更多还原
