【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定蒙药如达七味散中栀子苷的含量.方法:采用HPLC色谱法,选用Inertsil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-水(10:90)为流动相,检测波长为238 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1.柱温30℃.结果:栀子苷在0.1005~0.603μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积值有良好的线性关系.平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.92%.结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the HPLC method for content determination of geniposide in Mongolian medicine Ruda-7. Methods: The samples were separated and determined by HPLC method. Inertsil C18column(4.6×150mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(10:90),the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1and the temperature of the column was 30℃. Results: The geniposide and the peak area had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1005 to 0.603μg(r= 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.68%,and RSD was 0.92 %. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,and the result is stable.更多还原
