【摘要】 目的:评估龙金通淋胶囊治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎伴精液液化异常的临床疗效。方法:选择符合美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)诊断标准的ⅢA型前列腺炎合并精液液化异常的患者140例,口服龙金通淋胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,疗程12周。以NIH慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)、中医证候评分、前列腺按摩液(EPS)白细胞计数、精液液化时间、精液质量分析为主要疗效指标,分别进行治疗前后的疗效对比。结果:140例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者,剔除8例病例资料不完整者,最终132例纳入本研究。治疗前与治疗4、8和12周后,NIH-CPSI总评分分别为:24.52±5.43、21.28±4.85、18.01±4.28、14.49±3.65;中医证候评分分别为:35.63±6.07、26.66±5.03、17.37±4.18、11.11±3.96;白细胞计数(/HP)分别为:27.50±7.01、22.38±5.22、16.76±4.10、11.40±4.74;以上各指标治疗4、8、12周后与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗12周后,前列腺炎痊愈31例,显效/有效72例,总有效率78.0%;精液液化异常痊愈61例,显效/有效39例,无效32例,总有效率75.8%;治疗4、8和12周后,精液质量分析中前向运动精子比例相对治疗前明显增加(P<0.01);治疗期间患者未出现肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论:龙金通淋胶囊治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎合并精液液化异常安全、有效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推荐使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Longjintonglin Capsules on type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction. Methods: We selected 140 patients with type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction according to the diagnostic standards of the American Institutes of Health( NIH) and treated them with Longjintonglin Capsules orally3 capsules once tid for 12 weeks. We obtained the NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Indexes( NIH-CPSI),traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndrome scores,leukocyte count in the expressed prostatic secretion( EPS),semen liquefaction time,and the results of semen analysis and compared these indicators before and after the treatment. Results: Of the 140 cases,132 were included in this study,excluding 8 due to their incomplete case histories. After 12 weeks of treatment,31 of the patients with type IIIA prostatitis were cured and another 72 well responded,with an overall response rate of 78. 0%. Of those with abnormal semen liquefaction,61 were cured,39 well responded,and 32 failed to respond,with an overall effectiveness rate of 75. 8%. Semen analysis showed significantly increased percentage of progressively motile sperm after 4,8 and 12 weeks of medication as compared with the baseline( P <0. 01). No abnormal liver or renal function or other adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Conclusion: Longjintonglin Capsules,with its advantages of safety,effectiveness and no obvious adverse effects,deserve to be recommended for the treatment of type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction.更多还原
