牛粪发酵原料流变特性与表观粘度研究
Rheological Properties and Apparent Viscosity Research of Cow Dung Fermentation Raw Material Research
【摘要】 由于牛粪发酵原料的流变特性和表观粘度对其在管道运输、混合及热交换等厌氧发酵过程中均有重要影响,因此对其流变特性和表观粘度的研究具有重要意义。为此,利用旋转粘度计测定了不同含固率(TS)、温度条件下的牛粪发酵原料的表观粘度,并分析牛粪发酵原料TS、温度对其流变特性的影响,以及TS、温度、转速与其表观粘度的关系。结果表明:牛粪为假塑性流体且符合幂率方程。同一剪切速率下,随着温度的升高,其表观粘度呈下降的趋势;同一温度下,随着剪切速率的增大,表观粘度减小;在同一剪切速率、同一温度下,表观粘度随其TS的增大而增大。此研究为牛粪在厌氧发酵过程的工艺设计及热交换等提供了重要依据。
【Abstract】 Since rheological properties and apparent viscosity of cow dung fermentation feedstock have an important effect on the cow dung transport,mixing,heat exchange and so the process in the pipeline of anaerobic fermentation process,Therefore it has important implications for the study of rheological properties and the apparent viscosity of cow dung fermentation feedstock. Using Rotational viscometer measured the apparent viscosity of cow dung fermentation feedstock under different solid content and temperature conditions,analysis the effect of cow dung fermentation materials TS and temperature to Rheological properties,and the relationship between TS,temperature,speed and their apparent viscosity. The results indicated that cow dung behaved like pseudo plastic fluid and followed the power law model. With the increasing temperature,apparent viscosity showed a downward trend at the same shear rate; with the increase in shear rate,apparent viscosity showed a decreasing trend at the temperature; apparent viscosity increases with the increase of its TS at the same shear rate and temperature. This study provides an important basis for the technological design and heat exchange in anaerobic fermentation of cow dung process.
