秸秆深施还田机设计及其深施量的试验研究

【摘要】 为缓解我国秸秆焚烧及废弃所带来的资源浪费和环境污染等问题,设计了秸秆深施还田机,可一次完成秸秆捡拾、切碎和深施还田作业。同时,对其秸秆深施装置的秸秆深施量进行了正交试验研究,试验结果表明:秸秆含水率对秸秆深施量影响较大,深施螺旋转速次之,秸秆长度影响较小;秸秆深施量随深施螺旋转速的增大而增加,随秸秆长度和秸秆含水率的增大而减少。在该试验条件下,深施螺旋转速为540r/min、秸秆含水率为1 0%、秸秆长度为5 mm时,秸秆深施量最大。

【Abstract】 In order to alleviate the wasteful resource and environmental pollution problem which are caused by burning,wasting and low utilization rate of straw in China,designing the straw deep- application returning machine that can simultaneously finish the task of picking,chopping and deep- application returning straw an operation. After analyzing the data of the amount of straw deep- application which can be found in straw deep- application device in orthogonal experiment,it showed that: the water ratio of straw had the biggest influence on the amount of straw deep- application and the influence of the rotate speed of deep- application helix was smaller than straw moisture content. The length of straw’s influence was the smallest among the three elements. Also,the experiment showed that: the amount of straw deep- application had been increased when the rotate speed of deep- application helix improved while the water ratio of straw and the length of straw decreased at the same time. Under the condition of the test,when the rotate speed of deep- application is 540 r/min,the water ratio of straw is 10% and the length of straw is 5mm,the amount of straw deep- application is the largest.
