红树林种子泥模定位制作播种机设计与仿真

【摘要】 红树林有着重要生态效益,但我国的红树林已遭受严重的围垦砍伐破坏,目前都是自然野生,繁衍速度极慢,种子存活率极低。为此,设计了红树林种子泥模定位制作播种机,旨在用机械种植代替野生自然生长,机械种植再借助白泥定位块来实现。其主要由整车车身、搅拌机构、自动剪切机构、泥模造型机构及传送带歇停机构等组成。实地试验结果表明:其种子发芽率达到96%,具有重要的生态意义。

【Abstract】 Mangrove has important ecological benefits,but Chinese mangrove has suffered severe deforestation reclamation damage,at present are natural wild,breed very slowly,the seed survival rate is extremely low. So we design mangrove seeds clay localization production machine with mechanical plant instead of wild natural growth,mechanical planting with white clay locating piece again,it is mainly composed of the vehicle body,mixing mechanism,automatic shearing mechanism,clay modelling agency,conveyor belt,xie stop institutions,etc. The field experiment results show that the seed germination rate of 96%,to the Marine is the ecosystem has its important significance.
