株距无级调节器试验及输出函数模型研究
The Research for Test and Output Function Model to Adjust the Plant Spacing Stepless
【摘要】 株距无级调节器要进行株距的无级调节,必须要建立株距无级调节器转入转速、输出转速、调节架位移和株距之间的函数模型。滑移率是指播种机工作时地轮滑动成分所占的比例,滑移率是影响播种质量的重要因素。为此,利用齿轮转速传感器测得播种机的滑移率,然后反馈给株距无级调节器的控制系统,通过调节株距无级调节器的调节架位移来改变理论播种株距,从而减小滑移率对播种质量的影响,提高播种的均匀性。
【Abstract】 Variable spacing stepless regulator to adjust the plant spacing,the plant spacing stepless regulator must be transferred to the speed,output speed,adjust the function model between the rack displacement and spacing of the establishment. Slip rate refers to the percentage of the ground wheel slide component seeding machine when the proportion,the slip rate is an important factor affecting the sowing quality,therefore,this paper use sliding gear velocity sensor measured the rate of seeding machine,and then a feedback control system for plant spacing stepless regulator,by adjusting the spacing rack displacement stepless regulator for regulating,change theories seeding planting distance,thereby reducing the slip rate effects on sowing quality,improve the evenness of seeding.
