【Abstract】 This paper makes a detailed analysis of current situation and existing problems in higher vocational training base construction and management in our country. It also,from the perspective of students’ being qualified for their position and transferable to other positions,combines with my school’s actual situation,and puts forward the reform of thought for higher vocational training base construction and management: clear direction,coordinated construction,standardized management,training base of joint construction and joint management by enterprises and school,and construction of a training staff of high quality,to innovate talent training pattern in vocational education.更多还原
