【摘要】 目的探讨微信随访对Miles术后肠造口中青年患者的影响。方法选取我院收治的直肠癌行Miles术后患者120例。采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理及随访,观察组在对照组的基础上利用微信平台进行延续性护理。观察比较2组患者自我护理能力及肠造口并发症发生率。结果随访6个月,观察组自我护理能力总分高于对照组(F=47.031,P<0.001),不同时间点自我护理能力总分差异有统计学意义(F=112.562,P<0.001),组间与时间之间有交互作用(F=56.320,P<0.001)。观察组肠造口并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对Miles术后肠造口中青年患者利用微信平台进行延续性护理,可提高患者出院后造口自我护理能力,并降低肠造口并发症发生,值得临床借鉴使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of We Chat follow-up on self-care ability of young and middle-aged patients after Miles operation.Methods One hundred and twenty inpatients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group.Conventional nursing and routine follow-up were conducted in control group but extended nursing and follow-up via We Chat in experimental group.Self-care ability of both groups was evaluated by self-care ability rating scale and incidence of complications after Miles operation was compared.Results After 6-month follow-up,self-care ability score in experimental group was higher than that in control group(F=47.031,P<0.001).The total score of self-care ability in different time points indicated statistical significance(F=112.562,P<0.001) and there was interactive effect between groups and among different time in terms of self-care ability(F=56.320,P<0.001).The incidence of stoma complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion We Chat follow-up is beneficial to the decrease of incidence of complications in young and middle-aged patients after Miles surgery and the improvement of their self-care ability.更多还原
