【摘要】 目的观察目标设定联合互动宣教在新生儿乳头错觉预防与纠正中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月—2015年5月在我院分娩的初产妇400例及其新生儿为研究对象。将2013年6月—2014年5月分娩的初产妇及其新生儿200例作为对照组,采取常规宣教;2014年6月—2015年5月分娩的初产妇及其新生儿200例作为观察组,接受目标设定联合互动宣教。比较2组产妇的相关知识知晓率、新生儿乳头错觉发生率、乳头错觉纠正率及纠正时间。结果观察组新生儿乳头错觉基本知识、预防知识、纠正知识知晓率,新生儿乳头错觉纠正率均显著高于对照组(χ~2=45.585、52.527、13.360、17.438;均P<0.001),而其新生儿乳头错觉发生率、纠正耗时则显著低于对照组,(χ~2=4.470,t=5.032;均P<0.05)。结论目标设定联合互动宣教,能够显著提高产妇对新生儿乳头错觉相关知识的认知率、新生儿乳头错觉纠正率,有效降低新生儿乳头错觉发生,缩短乳头错觉纠正耗时。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of goal setting and interactive health education on prevention and correction of newborn nipple confusion. Methods Two hundred primiparas and their newborns from June 2013 to May 2015 were involved as control group and received routine health education and another two hundred primiparas and their newborns as intervention group and received goal setting and interactive health education. Awareness rate of related health knowledge, the incidence of newborn nipple confusion,correction rate and time of nipple confusion in two groups were compared. Results Awareness rate of basic and prevention knowledge of nipple confusion, awareness rate of nipple confusion correction and correction rate of nipple confusion in intervention group were higher than those in control group(χ~2=45.585, 52.527, 13.360, 17.438;all P<0.05) while the incidence of nipple confusion was lower and the time for the correction of nipple confusion was shorter in intervention group(χ~2=4.470, t=5.032; all P<0.05). Conclusion Goal setting and interactive health education benefit the improvement of primiparas’ knowledge of newborn nipple confusion and the correction rate of nipple confusion. It also helps to reduce the incidence of nipple confusion and shorten the time for its correction.更多还原
