【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低器官移植中心责任护士交接班内容缺陷率中的应用效果。方法 2014年3月成立品管圈小组,由8名器官移植中心责任护士按自愿原则组成"链接圈",以"降低器官移植中心责任护士交接班内容的缺陷率"为活动主题,进行现况调查、要因分析,制定相应的改善措施并组织实施,比较品管圈活动前后责任护士交接班内容缺陷。结果器官移植中心责任护士交接班内容缺陷率由品管圈活动前8.67%下降至活动后3.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可降低器官移植中心责任护士交接班内容缺陷率,促进了器官移植中心护理工作的持续质量改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on reducing the defect rate of shift handover content of primary nurses in organ transplantation center. Methods A QCC group was set up in March 2014 with a circle link including eight voluntary nurses from organ transplantation center. With the theme of reducing the defect rate of shift handover content of primary nurses, a survey was conducted. After the analysis of reasons for defects, corresponding measures were put forward. The defect rate of shift handover content of primary nurses before and after the practice was compared. Results The defect rate of shift handover content of primary nurses dropped from 8.67% to 3.23% after the practice and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC practice has significantly reduced the defect rate of shift handover content of primary nurses and promoted the continuous quality improvement of management in organ transplantation center.更多还原
