【摘要】 目的探讨针刺昆仑穴位联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法在产妇分娩疼痛中的应用效果。方法将80例产妇用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组根据不同产程采用拉玛泽呼吸减痛法进行干预,观察组应用针刺昆仑穴位联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法进行干预,观察比较2组产妇分娩疼痛和产程时间。结果第1产程和第2产程疼痛程度比较,观察组疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1、第2、第3和总产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺昆仑穴联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法应用于产妇的分娩疼痛干预中,能有效减轻产妇的分娩疼痛、缩短产程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of acupuncture at Kunlun Point combined with Lamaze childbirth law respiratory care on reducing maternal pain. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. In control group, Lamaze childbirth law respiratory care was performed in different stages of labor but in observation group, acupuncture at Kunlun Point combined Lamaze childbirth law respiratory care were conducted. Maternal pain and labor time in both groups were compared. Results Would-be mothers in observation group experienced less pain in the first and second stage of labor(P<0.05); there were shorter time of the first, second and third stage of labor and total labor time in observation group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at Kunlun Point combined with Lamaze childbirth law respiratory care can effectively reduce maternal pain and shorten the labor, which is worth to be popularized clinically.更多还原
