化痰活血通络法治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察化痰活血通络法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将治疗前后临床症状、肾功能、血流变、24小时尿蛋白定量及脲酶的变化进行了分析对比。结果:治疗后24小时尿蛋白含量、全血还原粘度、K值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:早期应用化痰活血通络法治疗糖尿病肾病,可延缓病情的进展,提高患者的生存质量和降低死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating diabetic nephropathy by eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.Methods:the changes of clinical symptoms,renal function,blood rheology,24 hours urine protein and urease were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.ResultS:24 hours after treatment,the urine protein content,whole blood reduced viscosity,K value was significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:early application of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can delay the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life of Datients and reduce mortality.更多还原
